Bocko & BryGuy #112: The Show Must Go On

I can only sympathize with Seth MacFarlane after the luke-warm (and that’s pretty generous) reaction to his Oscar night hosting gig.  I thought the guy was funny when he needed to be, and classy when it was required. The stuffy Hollywood crowd in that theater is probably the toughest one in show business…

Anyway, this week Bryan and I take care of the Academy Awards post-game, with props handed out to the former for handing me a solid thrashing in the picks.  Overall, I’d say we enjoyed the show, but damn was it long.

You can’t say that about this week’s podcast, which will take you about 45 minutes.  After Oscar chatter, we move on to The Walking DeadI encourage Bryan to take a look at The Americans, and I offer a hearty endorsement of Thom York’s latest output with his “other band,” Atoms for Peace.

Thanks, and enjoy.
