The Drama Jocks’ SportsCast #133: Doug Melvin’s Nude Scene

There was really no choice but for Josh and I to get the ‘cast rolling this week with a de-brief of the season-that-was for the Milwaukee Brewers.  As I state most emphatically in the course of the show, the current seven-game losing streak has effectively ended the Crew’s 2012 season, and the only thing we as fans can look forward to over these last two months is a glimmer of hope leading into 2013.  What trades will the team be able to swing in the next few days before the deadline?  Is there any hope of getting the value back for Zack Greinke that was given up to acquire him?  We also debate how much blame the coaching staff should shoulder for this epic meltdown.  A season after setting a franchise record for wins, the Brewers are poised for a truly historic collapse.

It’s not all doom and gloom, though!  As the Brewers season ends, so the NFL season starts with the opening of training camp.  Not a lot to talk about just yet, but there are a couple personnel changes going on in the NFC Central already…

Finally, the Summer Olympics open on Friday, July 27.  We all have a few choice events we plan to follow, and you can bet there will be plenty of chatter about the London games next week, too.

Thanks for downloading, as always.
